That said, if you receive a product that’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we’ve got your back. Simply reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo or video of the issue, and we’ll arrange a refund or exchange—no questions asked.

However, since our products are consumables and crafted for optimal potency, we cannot process returns for opened or used items unless there's a proven defect. This policy helps us ensure the safety and purity of our wellness line for all our customers.
