Lion’s Mane Brain Boost Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 tsp Lion’s Mane mushroom 2 tsp tincture

1 frozen banana
-
1/2 cup blueberries
-
1 tbsp almond butter
-
1/2 tsp cinnamon
-
1 cup oat or almond milk
-
Optional: 1 tsp raw cacao or maca powder

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until creamy. Enjoy chilled for a morning brain boost.


Reishi Golden Night Latte

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp Reishi mushroom 1 tsp tincture

1/2 tsp turmeric
-
1/4 tsp cinnamon
-
1 cup warm oat or coconut milk
-
1/2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
-
Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:
Warm milk, whisk in all ingredients. Strain if needed. Sip slowly before bedtime
Turkey Tail Gut-Tonic Mocktail

Ingredients:

1 dropper (1 ml) Turkey Tail tincture

1/2 cup chilled chamomile or ginger tea
-
Juice of 1/2 lemon
-
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
-
1/4 tsp grated fresh turmeric or turmeric powder

Sparkling water to top

Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a shaker or glass, mix tea, lemon juice, honey, turmeric, and the Turkey Tail tincture.

Stir well, add ice, and top with sparkling water.

Garnish with a mint sprig or citrus slice.

Shiitake Immune-Broth Bowl
A comforting, umami-packed bowl to fuel your defenses.

Ingredients:

2 droppers (2 ml) Shiitake tincture
-
2 cups veggie broth (or bone broth if preferred)

1/2 cup sliced bok choy
-
1/2 cup rice noodles or soba noodles
-
1/4 cup shredded carrots
-
1 boiled egg (optional)
-
1 tsp tamari or coconut aminos
-
Dash of sesame oil & chili flakes
-
Fresh scallions & sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions:

Cook noodles as per instructions and set aside.

In a pot, heat broth with tamari, sesame oil, and Shiitake tincture.

Add veggies and simmer until tender (4–5 mins).

Pour broth over noodles in a bowl. Top with egg, scallions, sesame seeds, and chili.
